About The Wethersfield Stroke Club

Our group offers stroke survivors and caregivers a comfortable setting for:

  • Sharing experiences and ways of coping after a stroke
  • Encouragement to meet the challenges of each new day
  • Inspiration from seeing and hearing about the accomplishments of others
  • Socialization with others in a similar situation

This support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers meets the second Tuesday of every month through May. For information call Joan Haines at 860-529-2281.

  • Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
  • Sudden, severe headache with no known cause
